REGISTRATIONS

POSTERS AND ORAL COMMUNICATIONS

 

Deadline for submission: 6th of February, 2020 at 11:59 pm.

 

Attention: (1) Only abstract submissions whose author is registered in the Conference (Packs 1 or 2 - see price list) will be considered valid;

(2) All abstracts must be submitted in English;

(3) Each author may submit only two abstracts. In this case, one will be submitted for oral communication and the second for poster.

(4) The selection of submissions for oral presentation will be made by the Scientific Committee with the result communicated to the authors on a date to be defined.

(5) The oral presentations will have a duration of 10 minutes, adding 2 minutes for questions from the audience.

(6) Authors whose abstracts are not selected by the Scientific Committee for oral communication will be notified in advance so that they can present this work in the form of a poster.

(7) Oral communications will be in Portuguese ( or spanish for the spanish students from Leon University ) and the presentation slides must be presented in English.

(8) The maximum dimensions of the poster are 80x100cm (width x height).

(9) To register, you must fill in the form provided below and send an email with the subject "Comunicação_NomeDoAutor" or "Poster_NomeDoAutor" with the abstract to jbrito@utad.pt.

It must be sent in word format.
